Oh the Garlic!

Each year the community garden plants garlic in our communal space. Some years the harvest is better than others and 2025 was a good year and we give thanks! We invite our plot renters to take a share of garlic for your own use and we hope you prepare some delightful and delicious dishes with the garlic in the upcoming fall weeks. Garden renters will find the pickup location details in the email sent on August 24. A portion of the crop will also to the food shelf where we know it will find it’s way into many great dishes. And a small portion is gifted to the congregation at St. John’s church in show of our appreciation of their on-going support of the MICG. Many many thanks!
